sad I can not upload this file in my silhouette cameo library it says download failed its the fourth svg file that i found like that even though i paid for subcription
Hi Anne, thank you for reaching out.
We are sorry you were having trouble. You will need the Silhouette Designer Edition software in order to upload our SVG files. We would suggest reaching out to Silhouette’s customer support to see if they have any specific guidance in this situation.
Please let us know if you have any other questions and we would be happy to help!
I had the same issue… I found that if I downloaded the template version (so it was black and white), and uploaded that to Photoshop. I could save as a PNG making it compatible with the Silhouette Studio.
This is a great tip, we are not as familiar with the Silhouette! 🙂
I did figure out how to turn off the cutting on the box with your name. But once in Cricut Design Space, the score lines are on their own mat and while I can change cut to score, I haven’t a clue on how to combine the score to the feather cut out.
Please help, this has been frustrating. My aunt, Elaine Wilkins only got your membership because I referred her and we have found nothing but problems. She is 75 and ready to cancel because she thinks she is doing something wrong and I am fed up because I am watching my aunt cry from frustration.
She wants to learn this so bad and become good at making your flowers.
Please undo her frustration. I’m begging you.
Hi Misty, you have to “attach” the feather with its score line before you select “Make It”, or else they end up on different mat boards. So just select the feather, then while holding down the SHIFT key, select the score line. Then when the two are selected, select ATTACH at the bottom. The issues you’re running into are common for new Cricut users so don’t give up! It’s all part of getting used to the Design Space software. We don’t work for Cricut but always do our very best to solve problems. You might want to spend some time on Cricut’s site and YouTube channel to watch videos and get used to the software.
