Candy Huggers for the Holidays
Candy huggers are a great little treat for the kiddos during the Holidays. Our printable templates allow you to make as many of these four adorable Christmas characters as you like. We like to cut our huggers from different colors of card stock on our Cricut Explore Air and once cut the details of the bows, hats, scarfs and holly are easy to glue into place adding that Christmas touch. If you have a cutting machine, simply click on the SVG file to download these fab templates. You can also print the PDF template onto white card stock and cut out the pre-assembled shapes by hand. There is a little set of holly leaves and berries for the reindeer, a hat and beard for the Christmas elf character, a red scarf for the polar bear and the penguin has himself a little bow tie. We wrapped pieces of our favorite candy in tissue paper, washi tape and twine and secured them to the middle of our paper character with glue dots. You can wrap the arms of the characters around the candy, secure with glue dots and you are all set! Our Christmas candy huggers make great gifts for school friends, young relatives or as little stocking fillers from Father Christmas.
