Do you put out a nativity scene during the Christmas season? A few years back, we got a lot of requests to create a DIY version. Our papercut nativity scene from a few years ago was (and still is) so popular that we decided to redesign it into a modern wall hanging for your home. This papercut nativity scene wall hanging is a beautiful addition to your holiday décor and can be placed in any room as a reflection of your traditions and beliefs.
If you love Christmas crafts, make sure to browse our Christmas page for more ideas! Along with simple paper crafts, we’ve got some new felt projects and a few new poinsettias, too. There are also some great Christmas crafts for kids!
Away in a Manger…
To make this papercut nativity scene wall hanging, we cut the pattern below out of kraft board and glitter cardstock. Then we used a sewing needle to make a small hole at the top to thread the gold string through. Once you do that, it’s ready to hang on a twig or wood dowel. Easy peasy!
If you make this wall hanging or any of our other DIY Christmas décor, share it with us! We love seeing what all of you do for the holidays, what your traditions are, and how you decorate your home. Just post your DIY creations on Instagram and use the hashtag #MadeWithLia.
