Personalized School Supply Labels
To finish our back-to-school week, here is a set of adorable labels to help you organize and to add your child’s name or initial to all of their supplies. Continuing with the owl theme mixed with bright colors, the label PDFs include pencil covers, notebook covers and monogram circles. Just click the button at the end of the post and it will take you to the worldlabel.com blog page where these labels are all downloadable for free. To start the project you will want to download Quicksand font by clicking here. You will then want to download the label PDFs onto your desktop as you will not be able to edit the text fields from your browser window. The PDF will open in Acrobat and you can customize all the labels there. Print them onto a full sheet label paper and have fun decorating and organizing. The monogram circles can be easily cut with a one inch circle punch. Thanks worldlabel.com for sponsoring this fun back-to-school post! Enjoy! ~ Lia

I love these!! I do have a question though- are the labels safe to use in the pencil sharpener? Would love to make something similar for my students, but don’t want to ruin my sharpener! π
Great question, Jan! We haven’t had a problem with our small handheld sharpener here, but I’m not sure how it would work on a nicer one!
Hello! I’m from the Philippines and my daughter and I love your printables! Thank you so much for sharing them!
I love to hear it, thanks Nikki!
Are you doing something like this again with different design this year? i love all of your printables. *thumbs up*
Why, actually we will be posting those this coming week! Stay tuned. They are very cute!
We’re not real computer literrate. We couldn’t figure out how to download the free school labels. It directed us to download the quicksand font but it said it was for IPad (we have a dell desktop) And we didn’t see how to down load the labels either??????

You should be able to download the free font here. It is for any computer so I am not sure why you are seeing iPad only. If you follow the link at the bottom of the post it will take you to worldlabel.com who is hosting these freebie printables. There is another button in that post that will allow you to download. π
Adorable and thank you so much for sharing !
You are welcome! Happy you like it.
How did you come up with the measurements/sizes & is there any way to change the colors & picture to your own design?
Hi Tasha. I made them to fit standard common school supplies. If you have a design software and some time to learn, you can make your own designs too. There is no way for me to offer freebies with that kind of editability.
hello, i live in Brasil and i found your site.
itΒ΄s perfect.
Me and my daughter Marina love your labels for her school.
Tanks a lot for share the labels for free.

So good to hear! Thanks Julia!
I loved. Thanks!!
I loved. What kind of adhesive paper I use to print? Thanks!!
I just use a full sheet label paper that you can find at your office supply store.
Just printed these. and they are superb AMAZING! Love all of your designs.
Perhaps a to do list next?
Thanks Lia
Love,
Zulaikha from Malaysia
Thanks! That is a great idea. Maybe in October.
I have loved this whole series, Lia! Each design is darling and fun. We just bought Maddie’s school supplies (she starts tomorrow!), but her school always shares the supplies as a whole class, so no cute labels for me…uh, I mean her, of course. Boo. π
But maybe I’ll use the sales as an excuse to buy some extra supplies for home and then I can cute-ify them with your labels! hee hee
Thanks Lisa! There is always homework supplies right? Haha.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I’ve downloaded both the font and the label template, opened the template PDF in Adobe Pro…they’re completely blank. I’m obviously missing a step. Help!
When you click on the button (on the worldlabel.com blog) does it open a preview in your browser that you can see the images without the text? If so, you can use the download onto your desktop from there. Once on your computer, just double click it to open it in Acrobat. (Make sure you have the free version installed). Let me know if that works.
Ah, that totally worked! I have the Pro version of Acrobat installed. I will try to get the free version (husband works at Adobe and installed everything on my computer). Thanks so much for the quick reply!
Pro works too! In fact with Pro you can go in and change fonts and sizes. It is a little tricky and non intuitive, but it is a wonderful program.
π yay!
Aww.. These are so cute Lia! I am waiting to get my hands on these stuff once my one year old starts schooling. In fact I have pinned a lot of DIY stuff from your space and waiting for my daughter to grow up and indulge in these. I am pretty sure she she would love doing these. Thank you π
That is wonderful! I love your planning. Hopefully I will post something for you too. π
Thank you so much Lia for sharing…!, ItΒ΄so cute…
Love.
Rocio.
So happy you like them! π
Thanks Lia,
Beautiful and funny,
Petons
Thanks Anna!
These are terrific. Thanks so much for sharing these.
I’ll have to ask Granddaughters if they’d like them first before I spend my ink cartridge. I’ve had to learn to be kinda chintzy with my ink. So darned expensive, have to make them last for 4 to 5 weeks which is hard for me to do with so many wonderful projects to print out.
Hope you have a wonderful Holiday weekend. Do something fun with your daughter.
That is a good plan! If you have a FedEx Office near by you can take it in and get prints for around 60 cents each.
These are great Lia! Thanks for being so generous with all your printables. My daughter is having a night owl party next month so I’m sure these will come in handy for treat bags and other party stuff too!
I love it! These will be perfect for party favors for sure.
adorable !
π
Thanks!
