Well hello there little guy! Judging by the continuing success of last years pinecone owl project, we’d say you guys love a little pinecone craft. So it’s back, with a twist. Inspired by the little guy that kept falling down our chimney last month, we decided to make a sweet little squirrel. Don’t you just love him? What better way to spend a crafty afternoon than to get messy with a felt pattern and a bunch of fallen cones! Our cheeky little guy is simple to make with a found pinecone, a few scraps of felt, a little wire for the tail and a low temperature glue gun. To get the pattern, simply click on the download button below. Print the pattern onto regular printer paper then use that template to cut the shapes from your felt. Assemble your pinecone craft by following the tutorial below. Feel free to play with colors and sizes and create an entire pinecone craft squirrel family – how cute!
