Become a MemberWe at Lia Griffith HQ are suckers for succulents. The structure of the plants and the soft tones that they come in make them just so endearing. These paper succulents have been designed with simplicity in mind so they are easy for anyone to make using the downloadable patterns or an SVG cutting machine file at the foot of this post.
There are seven succulents here, three of which are new designs that complement what we did in our paper succulent tutorial, wreath, favors, and heart wall art. The complete step-by-step tutorial for all seven of these paper plants can be found here!
Once our paper succulents were created, we glued a little craft wire to the base of each flower using our hot glue gun and set about building our eye-catching paper succulent centerpiece. Our gorgeous wooden bowl was filled with floral foam in the bottom to give the wires on each succulent a place to hold. Next, we covered the foam in a layer of moss and began arranging the succulents in place by inserting the craft wire straight into the floral foam—easy!
The great thing about this design is that you can play around with the arrangement until you are happy. Remove the succulents and re-insert them until you are pleased with the result.
We used 36 paper plants in our paper succulent centerpiece, but you could easily make something smaller or larger to suit your space. Be brave and embrace your creativity! We would love to see your work so if you’re off to make yourself a succulent paper flower centerpiece please do share your pictures with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #MadeWithLia.
Enjoy! ~ Lia

Thanks so much for this gorgeous project! I can’t seem to find the tutorial on how to put all the pieces together. Love those little navy eucalyptus sticking up and can’t wait to get started!
Thank you Paige! The tutorial can be found here: https://liagriffith.com/tutorial-for-seven-paper-succulents/
Hi
I have got addicted to your website and creations. Can’t wait to try each one of them…You are indeed an inspiration to many like me..Thanks a ton for all these wonderful tutorials…
I’m so glad you found us!
Oh Lia–I am all over this. Some bold oranges, reds and green metallics for my Thanksgiving arrangement. Truthfully I think I like these better than the crepe paper flowers that you put in your amazing arrangement. Isn’t that poetic license? Can’t wait to share with you. I did edge my artichokes with complimentary glitter. I’m waiting for my paper-papers paper to arrive this week so I’ll do more then. And I’m doing some mums (burning the midnight Cricut oil, so to speak) in greens and purples and reds with a light weight cardstock. Just need to start making the metallic leaves. Bought a small crate for my base and hubby said her would paint it for me. Can’t wait!!!
You must share photos!!!! I am so excited to see your creations. 😉
The new Christmas collection contain so many beautiful selections! I love the ball ornaments with the different stamps on them! Good work!
Thanks! Those ornaments are our favorites!
