Become a MemberWe are huge fans of Downton Abbey and are craving it’s return in 2016. To pass the time until we can snuggle up for an evening with the Earl and Countess of Grantham again, we’ll make do with a “Crawley” inspired party invitation that is a perfect set for brunches, showers and afternoon teas. These invitations are editable so that you can include your personalized information for your event. Just install the free fonts Questa and Gist Light before downloading our PDF file. You will then want to open it in Adobe Acrobat or Reader where you will be able to replace the text with your own. Once you’re set, just print onto a card stock paper and trim to size. We have also included a matching envelope liner that you can print onto a lighter text weight paper. Trim to size and slide into your A7 square back envelopes for that added touch.
Of course I love to bring a bit of the pretty floral print to the party as well, so here are two other fun prints you can use. First we made a personalized place mat for your sit down events. These can also be edited in Adobe Acrobat or Reader and printed onto an 11x 17 paper. I used a laser printer (FedEx Office or your office supply store has this service) and plain printer paper. Trim off the white edge and you are set. There is also a pretty polka dot print that when printed onto 11×17 light weight paper, can be used for party decor or on your cookie trays. You can even use it to wrap small gifts.
Our design is inspired by the gardens of Great Britain. The color palette inspired by the peachy, pastel tones of our fave Downton Abbey costumes – oh-so-yummy. Enjoy! ~ Lia

Enjoy:-)
Beautiful, Lia! I downloaded the fonts but am unable to find download location for the invitation. Please advise. I really enjoy your projects and have LOVED the fact that with retirement I can actually use more of these amazing fun projects! I have several in my new home and my friends are so jealous, lol… Thanks for your help finding the invitation download site. 🙂 <3
Glad you found the download button:-)
Really nice print!! How can I download the PDF file? I cannot see the usual place where I can press download. Thanks.
Thank you so much. The download button is towards the end of the post, right below the last picture in the post.
Am I missing something here? I see where it says to download the fonts, but I don’t see where it says to download the invitation.
The download link is towards the bottom of the post, right after the last post image.
