No matter what type of event you’re celebrating, it’s always nice to thank your guests for coming or for bringing a gift. That’s why we always design printable thank-you cards to go along with our party invites. Today, we have designed these printable swan thank-you cards to complement our swan baby shower and birthday party invitations that we posted last week. Both feature a gorgeous swan in the reeds, illustrated by our designer Krista, and a pretty soft pink background.
All you have to do is print out however many thank-you cards you need. Then trim them to size and send them off to your guests. Another detail we like to think about is the envelope. Typically we use metallic envelopes that pair well with our color scheme. In this case, we used two light pink shades (linked below).
A Sweet Thank-You
A handwritten note is a great way to show your gratitude—even if you are just saying thank-you for coming! However, mentioning something specific, like why you appreciate the person or the gift, will make them feel extra special. Our printable swan thank-you cards are blank on the inside so you can write a personal message. If you’re using these thank-you cards for a kid’s birthday, you can also have your kid write or draw in the card.
For these printable swan thank-you cards, we used white cardstock paper and chose two different pink shades for the envelopes. You could use regular copy paper, but cardstock will make it feel sturdier and more like an actual card that you would buy from the store. We hope you enjoy our swan paper goods for your baby shower or birthday bash, and please let us know if there’s a certain theme you’d like to see us design a set of cards for!
