Thanksgiving SVG Designs for your Napkins & Glassware
Thanksgiving SVG Designs for your Napkins & Glassware
If you saw my paper leaf chandelier, then you got a little sneak peek of today’s DIY idea! These Thanksgiving SVG designs are a simple way to add a seasonal touch to your table decor. Just download our thankful SVG and grateful SVG to iron onto your linen fabric or cloth napkins. Then cut out our Thanksgiving leaf decals to stick onto your glassware.
For those of you who don’t have a cutting machine, you can download our PDF templates instead and cut the designs by hand. However, they are pretty intricate! So we suggest printing the thankful and grateful PDF on printable iron-on heat transfer paper and then ironing on.

Have Some Seasonal Touches on Hand
Swapping out your everyday decor with some seasonal items is an easy way to get in the holiday spirit. For example, you can switch out your pillows and artwork, replace your paper flowers with new ones for the season, and put up new decorations. Another thing to consider is your holiday table — especially if you are hosting. Every year, I like to get creative with what goes on my Thanksgiving table and do something a little different.
Because I love saffron, I chose a mustardy saffron fabric for the linens. While this color is seasonal on its own, I went a step further and ironed on our Thanksgiving SVG designs. Then I alternated the napkins on my table so every other place setting says the word grateful or thankful.
Along with the grateful SVG and thankful SVG cut files, you’ll find a leaf pattern you can cut on vinyl and use as glass decals. This little detail will add a more festive feel to your Thanksgiving table. And it is so easy to do!
If you are not hosting this year, you can still use these Thanksgiving SVG designs to create a personalized gift for someone else. Just follow the instructions below and be sure to let us know if you have any questions. Happy crafting — and stay tuned for the other seasonal crafts that are on my Thanksgiving table!
Instructions
- Download the SVG file or PDF template below.
- If using a cutting machine to cut the words “grateful” and “thankful,” don’t forget to mirror the image! Then cut the leaf decals for your glassware.
- Use your EasyPress or Iron to apply the words to your napkins. Apply the decals by hand, and arrange leaves in the same direction.
