It always feels good to stay organized, and I can be such a paper geek that I like to feel organized in style. Below we have printable shopping list and to-do list templates that you can use to stay on top of any upcoming events or tasks. To go with these tropical printables, we even have a tutorial on how to turn your shopping and to-do lists into convenient tropical notepads!
To make your set of tropical notepads, begin by downloading the PDF below. The text on these templates is completely editable, so feel free to change the Shopping List or To Do headers. To personalize this text, download and install the free font Selima. While you are editing, you can also type up your to-do list on your computer before printing. We used the free font Arcon to fill in our to-do list, but you can use any font that you would like. The only difference between the shopping list and to-do list templates is that the to-do list includes boxes on each line that you can use the mark when a task is complete. Print the templates onto regular copy paper when you are ready and then trim each sheet to size.
The best way to stay organized is to turn these lists in to your personalized tropical notepads. And the process of making these tropical notepads is so easy! Follow the step-by-step photo tutorial below to bind your sheets together. In the tutorial we have shown how to easily magnetize the tropical notepads so you can stick them right onto your refrigerator. Use this technique for your shopping and to-do lists, or create any sort of notepad that you want! This is the perfect project for the list-makers out there. Because I know I’m not the only one!

I am a bit confused on how the layers are held together once you remove clips? Is mode podge put on the top of every Page? Please clarify. Thank you!
Hi Sherry! You want to paint a layer of mod podge along the top, as shown in the photo tutorial. Once dry, the glue binds the pages together at the top and you can rip off the paper one page at a time.
These are so darn cute! Look forward to creating them as a gift for my sister, whose 65th birthday is coming very soon. My plan is a Canadian Luau, using the wonderful tropical themes which you have created! Although the cool coloured papers which you have used are not accessible here, I have chosen some similar ones. ( will try to send you photos)!
Wondering…. those sweet little copper book clips which your tutorial shows holding the pads together ? Are those build able? Or only buy able?
Have a fabulous day!

That sounds wonderful! The copper clips were from a local art store, but you can find them online here.
How wonderful, something else so useful can make for my best friend. We were only in Tucson 1 1/2 days but miss her so much. Hadn’t seen her since I was there in April/2008 for our 50th. high school reunion. If I mentioned that before sorry. Have wonderful rest of weekend
What a great friend you are! I hope you had a great visit.
