great recipe, I make something very similar just without the mint, so will have to try that! for a healthier version, namely no frying, make little patty shapes, spray the tops with oil and broil in the oven, watching that they don’t get too brown and thus dry. You can also use the same recipe to make meatballs that you cook in a tomato sauce.
