Valentine Treat Box
You got mail! Our mailbox Valentine treat box is a super-cute way of sharing yummy treats for friends and loved ones this Valentine’s Day. Easy to make at home, this Valentine treat box comes as a PDF pattern, you just need a printer and a sharp pair of scissors. Simply download the PDF and print the outline onto white card stock. Once the pattern has been cut, score the fold lines and gently fold into position. Use a low temperature glue gun to secure the tabs together – we find that this crafting tool makes our projects super-simple to put together but craft glue will also work. Before you glue the top tabs together, fill your Valentine treat box with yummy candies, stickers or other Valentine treat and seal the tabs closed – simple!

Your patterns and designs are great. Any chance you will make black and white templates so they can be printed on colored paper?
Thank you!! I certainly have some templates in black and white, but this was designed specifically with the cute themed pattern for Valentine’s Day. Were you interested specifically in having treat boxes being monochromatic, or a different project?
Is the SVG file coming? only the Printable button is visible.
Sorry about that Jean! There is no SVG for this, only a PDF. With an SVG, the treatbox would have to be all the same color (depending on the paper that you would be using), so it wouldn’t be as fun!
Easy enough fix to make it cuttable. Do a trace and make your own cut file.
1. bring the Valentine box into Design Studio
2. open trace window – blue and yellow box on the top right of screen
3. Drag a box around the Valentine box.
4. Unclick HIGH PASS FILTER
5. let it do its thing
6. Slide the THRESHOLD towards the right until your image appears yellow
7. Click on TRACE AND DETACH
8. click on the WHITE area around the Valentine box and right click and DELETE
9. SELECT TRACE AREA again, unclick HIGH PASS FILTER, slide THRESHOLD again towards the right
10.This time click on TRACE OUTER EDGE. Do a SAVE AS and name it what ever you want to.
11. Drag the colored image off the mat.You will now be able to cut this on plain card stock,
12 Save the image again. Or do a SAVE AS again.
