These printable Valentine’s love coupons are quick and easy to create. Simply print onto a white cardstock, then cut and fold them up. Use a perforating tool to score along the connecting edges to make for an easy tear. Pair them with cute baby envelopes or glassine paper, and seal with fun washi tapes and baker’s twine for even more adorableness.

Those were purchased from Paper Source– there’s a link in the post but it looks like they’re discontinued. We have our own mini envelope that you can download though!
