Become a MemberToday we are sharing these gorgeous watercolor wedding invitations. Last month I headed down to the Michaels Makers summit in Sonoma with a group of other bloggers and we got to indulge ourselves in a whole heap of craft therapy and networking. One of the favorite things I got to do that weekend was to play with watercolor paints again and take a class from one of my favorite watercolor artists, Yao Cheng. At one time I loved painting with watercolor but it’s not something I’ve done since my college days so it was great to reignite my passion for this beautiful medium. I got to bring my experiments back home with me and in the week that followed my trip, my team mates snagged the watercolor papers (behind my back) and created a wedding range of paper goods using my design! I have to admit to being a little bit in love and can’t wait to use this design on note cards and greetings cards in the future.
Here is some great news for you! You can take Yao Cheng’s watercolor class for FREE on Michaels.com until 8/22!
Our watercolor wedding invitations are easy to customize with your own details. Simply download the free font Bentham to your computer before downloading the file at the foot of this page and customizing in Adobe Acrobat. Once you have got the details in you can print as many of these invitations are you need – simple! We used a card stock to print onto and your invites will fit into a standard A7 envelope.

Hello! I am in love with all your posts! I was just curious if these invitation can be suitable in any language. I mean if I can change “Celebrate”, “Details” or “Respond” and translate it in my own language. Thank you!
Hi! Unfortunately those words are not editable and can’t be changed, I’m sorry!
They’re wonderful!! Lia what font is used for the “Celebrate”, “Respond” and “Details” text? I love it!!
Thank you so much. It is a custom font:-)
Lia,
these are so dreamy.
Definitely worth a share on my DIY Wedding FB page.
Now I just have to manufacture an excuse to use them myself.
Hmmmm . . . . .
