Our woodland party supplies have been fun to share with you all, and today we are sharing the final piece in the collection. Our paper bear straw huggers with their little party hats on are just so cute on a striped paper straw. These are super-easy to make at home. All you have to do is cut the pattern, do a little gluing and folding, and you’re done!
Follow the instructions below and let us know what you think! We love to make kid’s party decorations and have a bunch of ideas on the site to help you plan a great day for your little one.
A Beary Fun Party
These bear straw huggers make your party drinks more fun. Plus they’re a cute little memento for your party guests to take away! If you would like to see the rest of our ideas for a woodland birthday party, take a look at our birthday party invitations, happy birthday banner, cupcake toppers and wrappers, gift tags, and gift wrap.
All of these printables are easy to make for your woodland party. Your kiddo can even help you get them all ready, or help you decorate. If you end up using any of our woodland crafts for your party, be sure to tag #MadeWithLia so we can see them!
How to Assemble Your Bear Straw Huggers
- If you have a cutting machine, use the SVG file and cut onto craft card.
- If you are cutting by hand, download the PDF at the foot of this page and print the template onto craft card.
- Next, print the little hats onto yellow card or a card stock of your choice. Then, trim with scissors or a craft knife.
- Glue the hat onto the bear. Then fold his limbs out and pop him onto your party straws.
