We have a very exciting reveal coming up in the next few weeks. Last month we were asked by Hayneedle to create a children’s bedroom using furniture and accessories from their online store. And we have designed the cutest camping themed bedroom for Anna’s son Lucas. I can’t wait to share it all with you! Up first are these oh-so-cute woodland throw pillows that you can sew together at home.

Cozy Woodland Creatures

To craft these adorable woodland throw pillows, head to Spoonflower for our fox design and owl design. You’ll only need to order one fat quarter of heavy cotton twill fabric and it will come to you ready to trim and sew.

Using fabric scissors, cut out the design along the solid line — our design allows for a 3/4-inch seam allowance. Face the back and front of the design toward one another and sew around the edge, leaving the bottom part of the face open so that you can easily fill the pillow. Turn it right side out and fill the pillow with stuffing, making sure you push plenty into the ears. Using a dowel or other long tool can be useful here!
