Become a MemberOne of my favorite gifts to give (and to receive) is handmade jewelry. These bead drop earrings are so simple to make that I am going to teach you how to make them today. You can use any straight drilled stone or crystal bead. Craft stores do carry options but I do find nicer stones and crystals at the bead stores. If you don’t have tools already, all you will need are flat nose jewelry pliers, round nose jewelry pliers and jewelry wire cutters. At the craft store or bead shop you can find the earring hooks, headpins and chain along with your beads. This simple DIY earrings project makes such a lovely customized gift for Mother’s Day, a birthday, bridesmaid gifts, or just about for anyone who likes to wear earrings. You can download the folded vintage chalkboard style jewelry holder below and print it onto card stock. I made it in two sizes so they will fit right inside the small gift box. Check out the tutorial for these DIY earrings below and let’s go bead! Cheers! ~ Lia

Very cute earrings. Hope there will be more to come.
Thank you, I am glad you like them!
Love that the beads are all clear so they’ll go with anything we wear. So pretty and delicate. Another talent of yours to share, thanks for sharing.
I wish I had more time to make jewelry and learn some metal work too. Another life maybe. 😉
