Last year we shared our 3D pocket square Father’s Day card that was great for a handmade gift from the kids. This year we have this adorable 3D bow tie Father’s Day card that features even more DIY fun! This card is A7 sized and includes a 3D bow tie that you can put together and attach to the button down shirt that is illustrated on the front of the card. This entire card is meant to be colored in with whatever material strikes your fancy. Kids can use crayons, colored pencils, markers, or even watercolor! There are four choices of bow ties to stick to your bow tie Father’s Day card. There is a polka dot pattern, stripe pattern checkered pattern, or a blank bow tie that kids can use to create any design they would like.

To use this card, begin by downloading the PDF below. Print both the card and the bow ties onto 8.5 x 11 white card stock. Color in the shirt and bow ties, then cut out the bow tie you will be using for the card. Use glue to secure the side flaps of the bow tie to the center of the back side of the bow tie. Next, wrap the rectangular piece around the center of the bow tie and glue. Glue the entire bow tie to the front of the card and it is ready for gifting! The inside of the card is blank, so there is lots of room to write sweet messages from all the kids. I love this bow tie Father’s Day card because it really allows kids to explore their creativity while doing something nice for Dad!
