Tools

• Printer
• Scissors
• Craft Glue 

Materials

• White printer cardstock paper
• Toothpicks or skewers
• Small wooden beads (10mm) 

Steps

1. Download PDF and print onto white cardstock paper.
2. Cut out pennants and fold in half.
3. Wrap the fold around a toothpick or skewer and glue together.
4. Top with a small wooden bead.
