With simple shaping techniques and a focus on gentle detailing, our Crepe Paper Baltic Ivory offers a relaxing craft experience for all skill levels. While we normally recommend using a cutting machine to keep things simple, we suggest detail scissors for this project to achieve a more natural look. Besides, if Mother Nature doesn’t demand perfection — why should we? Looking for more ivy projects this winter? Then take a look at this beginner-friendly Felt Potted English Ivy as well.
For centuries, ivy has carried rich meaning across art, literature, and tradition. Known for its resilience and graceful ability to cling and climb, it symbolizes loyalty, endurance, and also lasting connection. In winter, when so much in nature rests, ivy’s evergreen leaves remind us of perseverance and strength — not only making this Crepe Paper Baltic Ivy a meaningful touch in holiday décor, but a thoughtful motif to carry into the year ahead.
We especially love Baltic ivy for winter décor because it adds depth, warmth, and texture without overwhelming your space. Pair a strand with candles on your holiday table, weave it through a wreath, or tuck it behind your paper blooms for a lush botanical touch. And when the seasons shift, your ivy transitions effortlessly — charming beside spring florals, lovely against summer neutrals, and perfect tucked into autumn arrangements.
When your Crepe Paper Baltic Ivy is complete, we’d love to see how you style it! So, don’t forget to share your creation with us using #MadeWithLia. We love seeing how you bring handmade greenery to life!

Back to the TopThe materials list has EF crepe in Juniper listed for wrapping stems. The picture tutorial says EF crepe in brown and shows brown. Can I assume the material list is incorrect?
