You are the peony one for me
You can use these crepe paper jumbo coral peonies as decorations or as a photo backdrop for any celebration, whether it’s an Easter brunch, a baby shower, or a wedding. They are also a gorgeous decoration for a kid’s room! We’d love to see what you do with them or if you craft them in different colors, so be sure to share photos with us.
To help you save a bit of money, we have created a kit with the materials needed to make three jumbo peonies. You will see in our workshop video that we use every inch of crepe paper in the pre-made kits. No paper waste here!

Hi, why there isn’t a video explaining how to do these flowers? or a written explanation.
Hi Helen! It was linked to where it is in the craft academy as a maker workshop, but we just added the video tutorial here as well under the materials!
Can heavy crepe paper be used?
Sure.
Should we cut the card stock pieces out of any particular colour card stock ?
I would stick to a neutral color or something that matches the green crepe. I used a kraft color.
Beautiful flowers! Excited to make them.
See you Thursday!
Why can we not cut it on the cutting machine. I have a 24 in mat
When you see the video, you will see my technique that cuts through the whole fold. Trust me, you will appreciate not having the fuss of cutting these on the Cricut. If you try to cut on the machine you will not have enough petals.
I am thinking of doing these in Aubergine or Sangria – would you recommend the same center colors?
That will be gorgeous! I would use the chiffon and fern with the darker petals.
Can’t wait to make these. I love doing paper flowers. I did a lot for my wedding on March 12th.
Congrats! Can’t wait to see your flowers!
