Designed as an intermediate-level video workshop this Crepe Paper Yellow Garden Rose is ideal for makers ready to stretch their paper-flower skills and linger in the details. Garden roses are beloved for their complex structure and soft, billowing petals. Translating all that beauty into crepe paper can be deeply rewarding. Rather than rushing toward a finished bloom, this flower encourages you to slow down and really observe how each petal contributes.
In the world of flowers, color often holds meaning. Yellow roses, for example, symbolize joy and friendship. During a season defined by the gradual return of light and creative inspiration, a yellow rose feels just right. Once you're finished, display your roses on their own or incorporate them into a larger arrangement.
Our Crepe Paper Yellow Garden Rose video tutorial guides you through the creation process with clarity and care, focusing on shaping, layering, and assembly techniques that bring depth and realism to your rose. Because our workshop uses a video format, you can pause, rewind, and revisit techniques whenever you like, keeping the learning experience flexible and intuitive.
When your Crepe Paper Yellow Garden Rose is complete, we’d love to see it, so share your finished blooms with us on social media using #MadeWithLia and in our crafters’ community.

Back to the TopI have just been trying to download the cutting machine template and it shows as it downloads very quickly but then it doesn’t show up in my download list to upload it to my Explorer. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
Are you seeing the file in your computer’s Download Folder? It should be there and zipped. You can double-click to unzip. One thing to remember, though, is that this flower needs a machine with a rotary blade for crepe paper. Sadly, the Explorer does not offer that option, but the Maker does.
What are the other flowers you have in the bouquet you showed? Would love to make it.

The Wild Rose will be in the March collection. We also just launched a kit with this rose. https://feltpaperscissors.com/product/wild-roses-crepe-paper-flower-kit/
I am really looking forward to making this and I know just who I am going to make it for. I love the little arrangement you have at the beginning of the class, can you tell me which peony you have in the bouquet? Thanks for all the new skills you continue to give me.
That is actually the English rose. Here is the link! https://liagriffith.com/video-crepe-paper-english-rose/
So beautiful! The buds and leaves make it just perfect!
Enjoy!
