All you will need for this project is tulle fabric, fabric scissors, elastic, thread, a needle and a measuring tape. The costume works great with any favorite tee and dress it up with the DIY headband and wand and your little fairy princess is ready to go trick-or-treating! For the tulle shirt you can simply gather the layers of netting onto a elastic waist band. There are many options for tutorials on the internet or you may find the perfect tutu at your toy store. I designed the wings to be worn over the tee shirt and so that they are easy to move in and out of car seats. They are simply tulle layers sewn onto a pink elastic ribbon band.
