Halloween headbands are a rather wonderful way of getting into the holiday spirit without donning a full Zombie Bride outfit. Our DIY horns are devilishly glamorous and super simple to make. What more can you ask for this Halloween? All you will need is our pattern below, a square of grey felt, glitter iron-on, grey thread, soft batting, and a headband.

A Devilish DIY

To make these DIY horns, print the pattern below. Then press your glitter iron-on onto a piece of grey felt that will fit the size of the pattern. Cut the shapes from your glittered felt. Blanket stitch the backs and fronts of the horns, fill with batting, and finish by stitching the circle piece onto the end of the felt horn openings.  We used a low-temperature glue gun to attach our horns to the plastic headband. And that’s it!

We have a couple more fab Halloween headbands for you. So if you’re looking for more DIY inspiration, take a look at our felt cat ears, glitter bat, felt kitty in a pumpkin, and our heart decorated crown. The only difficulty you will have is choosing which one looks best on you!
