Hats Off to This DIY

The DIY top hat is definitely one of my faves. It’s fun, yet classy. And although we’ve dressed it up with a mime outfit for the photo shoot, it’s going to look just as fab with a little black dress or tailored outfit.

All you will need to make this top hat fascinator is a plastic headband, black felt, black glitter and gold glitter iron-on. You’ll also need a little fabric stiffener to hold everything upright! Attach the hat to the headband using a large square of felt and it’ll sit pretty all night long.
