To make this pretty garland, begin by downloading the PDF below which contains the felt flower pattern and leaf patterns. Print onto regular printer paper and cut out the templates. Transfer these templates to your felt using a chalk or fabric pen and cut carefully with fabric scissors. Follow our simple step-by-step tutorial below to assemble each flower then string all the pieces together on a length of dark green embroidery floss to finish. Then brighten up a dark corner of your home with your beautiful creation!

This doesn’t even say how much felt you need. I have no idea why I paid for this.
Hi Laura,
For this project it is up to you how long you would like to make your garland, we would suggest starting with one sheet of felt per color 🙂
Is it possible to buy just this project? I want to make it for my babies room.
Hi Ashley! We aren’t able to sell our projects individually (yet!) but you’re always welcome to sign up for a membership, then cancel when you have downloaded what you need. It’s less expensive that way, anyway 😉
What colors of felt did you use?
The colors and materials are listed in the download 🙂
Love this! Already started making it for my baby girl’s woodland nursery. Where did the antlers come from??
Ahh this would look perfect in a woodland nursery! I picked up the paper mache antlers at Michaels a few Christmas seasons ago.
hello! Sorry if I missed this, but where do you purchase your felt? Is there a certain type you would suggest for your florals and floral garlands? Thanks!
We are in love with the Holland felt from A Child’s Dream. I would recommend a nicer wool blend.
my printer isn’t working right maybe its me I wait till later to try again
LOVE * PRAYERS ALWAY

Best of luck Judy!! I hope your printer has started cooperating!
Hi Lia! Another beautiful garland! I had fun with the bunny one last month & am now making this one. I’m just wondering, how do you finish off your ends? Hoping spring has arrived in full bloom in Portland! ~Lynn
I just tie off the ends with a slip knot or create a loop to hang. Yes, it is blooming here! We are loving the sun.
I just love this! What size felt Pom ball did you use?
We used 1/2 inch balls for these but you can go smaller if you need.
Dear Lia and Team
I can’t begin to tell you all how grateful I am and I am sure others are for having the Materials and Directions, that you are now including with your designs. This makes it all so easy now to make your designs. Mine will never look as good as yours do, but I still really like the idea you are delivering to us, so a big Thank you to your and your team for this new feature!!!~!
Thank you so much Jamie!!! I am so happy that you appreciate the new feature! We are always trying to make improvements so any feedback that you have is always valuable 🙂
This is fantastic! Will you be adding a svg file for this? I would love to make these with paper for my wedding this summer. 🙂
I do not have an SVG for this one because I never use my Cricut to cut felt, but I have SVGs for other flower garlands on the website 🙂 Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!
Another winner by awesome Lia and her splendiferous team. Who says that’s not a word?
It’s like being gifted each time we open a post from you. thank you from bottom of my heart.
All these gorgeous projects with sweet Springy colors are sure helping me get thru winter this year.
Hubs and I have been doing some badly needed cleaning today. He’s vacuuming and I’m dusting, what a mess. Housework kinda went by the way during my convalescence but we’ll get caught up soon. We both poop out after couple rooms done. It’s the pits getting old, not being able to do what we used to.
Better go get something to eat, it’s hubs programs at 7. take care, thanks for great project.
Thank you for your sweet comments!!
