Felt Gift Card Holders
Recently we shared our design for beautiful papercut gift card holders perfect for the holidays. Well, we were feeling inspired so we also created these felt gift card holders! They really are adorable and they look so fun styled on your Christmas tree. This project is also very easy and quick – we were able to craft one up in about 30 minutes.

Naturally the main material for making these felt gift card holders is felt. We used 100% wool felt for ours because we liked the vibrant colors, but any wool blend felt will work for these. Just be sure that you are not using acrylic felt! It will melt if you try to adhere an iron-on design to it. Choose your favorite colors and cut your felt using the PDF template below.

After cutting the felt, add your iron-on. We have four holiday themed designs that are all as cute as the next! There are lots of options for iron-on vinyl, and we went with Cricut’s glitter iron-on in Multi (link in Shop this Project). Download the SVG file to use the iron-on designs with your cutting machine. After adhering the vinyl, you can sew up your pouches. We used a sewing machine to stitch the felt gift card holders together because it was faster, but you could easily hand stitch these instead. For a fun bonus, we added glitter vinyl on the strap too, but this is totally optional. Have fun with it!
