Designed by Meagan, this felt pot cover is a fun and creative way to give your plant containers a little refresh. It’s also very easy to make, so you can craft multiple versions in no time at all. Once assembled, you can use them for real plants that don’t need much water. Or you can place any paper plant or felt plant you make inside them.
To help you craft this felt project, we have a simple video tutorial for you to follow below.
We can’t contain our excitement
Along with using this felt pot cover for your own plants, you could also use it as a unique way to “wrap” a potted plant you are gifting. We chose to make our pot covers in neutral colors, but you could make them in brighter shades if you want something a bit more colorful. As you can see in our photos, this project even works for other types of containers you may want to dress up — like a pen holder for your desk.
