VIDEO: Frosted Paper Flower Treat Box
Treat your loved ones
We love getting creative with treat boxes! Our last treat box was this cozy paper cabin that Krista designed. And now Meagan has made a new one for us. This frosted paper flower treat box would be cute to craft for an Easter brunch. Or it would also make a sweet Mother’s Day gift.
Due to the small, intricate cuts and scoring, we recommend using a cutting machine with our SVG file for this DIY craft. Or you can always cut by hand using detail scissors and our PDF template.

If you’re making these treat boxes for Mother’s Day and want to gift them to your mom, mother-in-law, or grandma, you could also make them in different colors for each person you are gifting them to. This way it feels a bit more unique and personalized! Once you’ve assembled your frosted paper flower treat box, you can add everyone’s favorite candy.

I made 65 of these boxes with my elementary kids for their Mother’s Day gift. They turned out great and they were all unique depending on the paper they chose! So easy!
I LOVE hearing that! Share photos. 🙂
Hi! I would love to make this box and other paper crafts with score lines and then cut. When I’m in a Cricut file, I am prompted to change the blade. Score then fine point. On your files it’s not like that. Could you please give me detailed instructions how to use this file. And, when I have edited to the score tool in this file and then the fine point blade, the alignment is off. I’ve tried this on a few files and haven’t had success.
Yes, we have a full Skill Course video that goes over that. It is important that you set the score lines in the software, as we can not do that in the SVG. If you have an Explore, you can just switch the blade for the stylist. BUT…do check out our Cricut course. 🙂 https://liagriffith.com/craft-academy/a-crafters-guide-to-the-cricut-maker/
Je suis membre et je ne peux pas télécharger SVG et j’ai un cricut maker. Que dois-je faire?
Hello! Have you seen our mini course on how to upload SVG files to your Cricut? https://liagriffith.com/craft-academy/how-to-use-files-cricut/
Thanks I just needed to customize the sgv file to score the box and flowers… the boxes look awesome
Yes, we have all of the score marks in one layer so it is easy for you to select. Glad you like the cute boxes. 🙂
