Homemade_Lavender_LemonadeEarlier this week we had a blast hosting our own children’s party featuring a DIY lemonade stand made from wooden crates and dowels. We purchased all our gorgeous party ware items from Shop Sweet Lulu and printed our cute party stickers onto World Label’s full sticker sheets. We made the lemonade stand using 4 wooden crates from Michaels, two lengths of wooden dowel and a little paint – easy peasy!  So all that remains is for us to share our simply gorgeous naturally sweetened lavender lemonade recipe – yum!

I have always felt that it’s important to eat well and avoid too much refined sugar, so this naturally sweetened lemonade recipe is a perfect treat. It’s made using honey rather than cane sugar which gives it a sweetness that we just adore. The culinary lavender adds a fragrant twist that will have your guests queuing for more – it’s simply divine. Make it the day before your event if you want to allow the flavor to develop more and serve chilled with ice and lemon slices. Super yum! ~ Lia
