We are a fan of geometric designs around here, but it’s been a little while since we’ve created one for you. With Valentine’s Day coming up, we wanted to create a sweet and playful DIY décor idea for you. Plus one of our favorite paper sources came out with some new pink colors! We just had to use them for this papercut geometric heart garland. Isn’t it so pretty? And it’s super easy! All you have to do is print, cut, and assemble.
We recommend using a cutting machine for this project since the geometric pattern is so intricate and detailed. But we don’t want to leave anyone out! So we included a PDF template for you below if you’re cutting by hand.
Geometric Garland
Just like love, this geometric heart garland is beautiful, unique, and complex. No matter how you feel about Valentine’s Day, we’re all about spreading light and love. And that includes practicing self-love!
If you are looking for gift ideas, though, some of the best ways to show your love is through a handmade project. You can always browse our Valentine’s Day crafts for ideas. And we have other home décor projects too!
However you celebrate the day, it’s always fun to have a reason to decorate. And this papercut geometric heart garland makes such a pretty decoration. While I love this combination of colors and mixing them around to create different looks (you know me, can’t have it all the same!), you can use whatever colors you like best.
So get your galentines together, or your family, and turn this DIY project into a fun craft night! And don’t forget to share this project with us when you’re done. We love seeing what you do with our ideas and how you decorate for holidays, so be sure to post some pictures on Instagram and use the hashtag #MadeWithLia.
