Become a MemberWe love using our pom-pom maker for all types of pom-pom crafts. Not only does it make it really easy to create different sizes of poms, but you can also use it to make a wide variety of projects and put your own DIY spin on something. For our pom-pom pillow cover, Meagan simply glued her finished poms onto two different sizes of pillow covers. This is also the first time we’ve used macrame cord for our pom poms, and we really love how it turned out!
When you’re ready to make your pom-pom pillow cover, you can choose any size or color of pillow cover you like. And you can also use any color of macrame cord you want. We’d love to see your version of this project, so be sure to share photos on our Facebook page for members or by tagging #MadeWithLia on Instagram.

Thanks!
Can you please give me an idea of how many times? Please!
I would say you need to do 5-6 layers of wrapping (a layer is fulling covering the maker one lime with your wraps) I hope this helps π
How many times do you wrap the cord around the maker?
There is not a specific number of times to wrap the cord. You will wrap until it is full but are still able to close the pom pom maker!
Love these pillows. Canβt wait to make them.
The pom poms made from the cotton macrame cord are divine! π
Lia just a question How would you ever be able to use these pillows OR are they just for decor purpose?
Thank you Patricia
They are definitely decorative pillows that often get moved around when using the sofa. They are on our studio sofa right now and look so adorable.
