Become a MemberToday we have a fresh new wedding invitation design that you can send out for your summer and fall weddings! Our designer Lindsay came up with this beautiful rustic design featuring pretty herb sprigs and a woodgrain pattern with a smokey taupe and seafoam green color scheme. This invitation suite includes all the regular goodies, and then some. Below you will find the printable invitation, RSVP card, details card, two envelope liner options, plus a pretty woodgrain pattern belly band to elegantly hold all the pieces together, and some pretty herb sprig cut-outs to stick into your envelopes like confetti!
Begin by downloading the PDF files to add your personal details. To edit these invitations and enclosure cards, you will need to install the free fonts Museo 300, Bromello, Deming. Museo will be used for the details at the top of the invitation, Bromello is used for the first names of the lovebirds, and Deming is used for the last names and wedding location. Once your invitations are edited, each piece of the suite should be printed onto regular 8.5 x 11 white card stock with the exception of the envelope liners. I would recommend printing these onto regular copy paper so that they are easier to fold when you glue them onto your envelopes. There are two liners to choose from, both with the rustic woodgrain pattern. Choose the kraft brown woodgrain liner or the teal woodgrain liner, or alternate them in your invitations! For the woodgrain pattern belly band, we have included both a PDF and SVG version. Use the SVG file if you have a cutting machine, and cut the design out on kraft card stock. Or, if you do not have a cutting machine, use the PDF version, which will be the same design as the brown envelope liners. Print this PDF onto white card stock or text weight paper. Text weight will be easier to fold, but card stock will be sturdier, so it is all based on your preference! After you have your belly band ready, you can wrap it around your invitation suite and secure the ends together with a glue dot roller (or any glue!). You should also find both the PDF and SVG files for the herb sprig cut-outs. Just as with the belly band, use the SVG with a cutting machine, or the PDF if you are cutting by hand. We cut ours out an a teal text weight paper, but it would also work on any color of card stock.
The entire herb and woodgrain pattern suite will fit into a standard A7 envelope. Be sure to also include an A2 envelope in the package so that your guests can send back their RSVP cards. Congratulations on getting through the first part of your wedding planning! Now take a look at the rest of our wedding projects to help you with the rest of your planning! Why not add a pretty cake topper that says “Our Love Grows” onto your wedding cake? Or even make your own bouquet with our beautiful rustic bridal arrangement! All my best to all the engaged couples out there, and cheers to wonderful and special day 🙂 ~ Lia

Hi,
Everytime I add in the names, they sit over the & once printing,
Is there anyway to change this?
Thanks
This error is common if you’re opening the PDF in a web browser so just be sure you are downloading to your desktop, and opening/saving.
I know you guys love new ideas from your members, so I was just browsing this posting and I was wondering if at some point in the future you can expand your collection of herbs sprigs svg. files? Like mint, basil, sage, etc I think they would be a great addition to the flowers and greenery projects. .. 🙂 and for gift and food wrapping!! 🙂
Yes, great suggestion! I’ll add it to the list. Thanks!
I LOVE the Herb & Woodgrain design, but my wedding colors do not include teal. Is there anyway possible to change the color of the “&” also change the color of the herb sprigs to just be black?
Thank you!!!
Hi Amanda, I’m sorry but we can’t customize our designs 🙁
Before I joined, this had the SVGs for this whole set, now it only has PDFs. I can’t convert them either. Please help.
Hi Lisa, the two SVG files for this invitation are the woodgrain belly band and the herb sprig– they’re included in the downloads with the PDFs.
Hi I can’t find the herb sprig pdf file?
I just uploaded it! Thanks for catching that it was missing.
Is there a way to change the font size on the template? my location for the wedding is 3 letters too long.
I just uploaded a new PDF that has longer fields for the venue and location! Hope that helps 🙂
