How to Make a Felt Lion & Lioness
- Gather craft tools and materials. Then download the animal pattern on the right hand side at the top of this post.
- Cut out felt pieces according to the pattern, using scissors or a Cricut Maker.
- Sew the legs to the underside piece using three strands of tan floss and a whip stitch, working from what will be the inside of the legs. Match and follow the curve of the leg openings, and ensure that the legs are facing the right way.
- Match up the edges of the underside with one of the body pieces. Blanket stitch with three strands of tan floss along the edge, starting at the rump, all the way up to the neck.
