I have shared various paper rose designs over the last two years and this Valentine’s Day I wanted to bring them all together in one glorious rose filled post. One of my oldest and most favourite designs is the long stemmed red rose which also comes in a beautiful blush pink. If you fancy doing something different, you can use that same pink rose (or any color for that matter) to make a pretty mini rose wreath. With the same pattern you can also use a lovely metallic paper to create a rose gift topper or mini rose art for your wall. The mini rose art includes the SVG file for this pattern which is easy to enlarge for the bigger roses. You’ll also find the ombre crepe paper rose, and my newest favorite, the tissue paper rose both of which has a more delicate look to them. If you like to go big, my jumbo kraft paper rose is a perfect way to make a statement. For me Valentine’s Day is all about sharing love and joy with others but there’s not a year gone by that I don’t treat myself to a small bouquet of beautiful paper roses for the kitchen table too! Sure, I’ve made silk flower arrangements, then made jewelry for the longest time and still make Richard Petty’s bracelets he wears all the time, but making paper flowers from your videos makes me feel like such an artist! Thank you for enabling those who weren’t blessed with artistic talent still be able to express their creativity through this beautiful art form!

Hi, I buy all my crepe paper from Carte Fini (their papers are from Italy and just amazing) For the wedding bouquet you are referring to I printed a pattern (which is included in the post) normally I purchase all my paper (text weight is a must for flowers) from Paper-Papers. You can purchase from both companies online.

You are my inspiration! I can’t believe those are made by papers until I tried it out. I made mini rose bouquet and a bunch of roses in a vase just to add surreal experience of those who don’t really believe that it made out of paper, lol.

I have been a fan of you and your blog for such a long time now. It’s been so long I believe you were still using scissors to cut the petals of paper flowers lol. You have come such a long way and I knew from the 1st time I visited this site you were going to literally blow up!
Its been over well over a year since my last visit. My husband had a stroke Jan . 1, 2014 so I haven;t had much time for being creative or anything else. Losing my husband took alot of my will to create away. Then a couple weeks ago I bought my Cricut Explore and when I saw the Make It Now flower bouquets I knew immediately whose those were lol. I;ve hand cut so many of those petals, I’d know them anywhere. I still have the templates in a file on my computer lol.
I really just wanted to say bravo to you and just how proud I am of you for your success. Women are taking the world of business by storm and I love showing my young daughter just how much can be gained when you put everything into your dreams. You and women like you prove anything can be accomplished when you take your passion and run with it.

I became interested in DIY projects after moving to the country and having more time at home on my hands then I was used to….it has been so fun! Your paper rose was one of the first paper projects I tried. For my birthday this month I got a Cricut Explore and now I am so excited to try all of your paper flowers!!!! Can you use crepe paper in the Cricut?

Happy Birthday! What a great present. It does not cut crepe paper, the surface isn’t flat enough so it ends up ripping the crepe.
These are so beautiful! Looking at some of these, I have to actually remember that they’re made of paper. It must take so much talent and patience to make these. I have several roses carved from wood and it’s always amazed me at how intricate they are. Very cool!
