If you’ve been following me for a while, then you most likely have seen my dog Enzo! He’s made many appearances in my blog posts (even the ones that don’t involve dog crafts) as well as my Instagram stories and live workshops. Since most of us in the studio have either dogs or cats (or both), we love coming up with pet crafts. So today we have rounded up some of our DIY dog projects that we think you—and your dog—will enjoy!

Doggone Good Crafts!

Below are 7+ DIY dog projects for your canine friends and family members. One of our most popular projects for dogs is the burrow dog bed that I made for Enzo. And then the second favorite is our handmade dog bandana.

You can also make some DIY dog toys, homemade treats, leashes, and a cute dish mat in the shape of a dog bone. Just click the project you like for the tutorial and template. And be sure to let us know if you have any questions!

Another thing to keep in mind is the flowers and plants you keep in your home. Since some plants are toxic to dogs, we prefer to make them out of paper or felt instead. For instance, we have made philodendrons, irises, and sweet peas out of paper since the real plants are toxic to dogs. Not only are these paper versions safer, but they also last forever.
