Do you like to kick off your shoes once you get home and switch to cozy slippers? If you’re a no-shoe home and want your guests to follow suit, why not have a few slippers on hand for them? Of course, we don’t expect you to go out and buy a bunch of slippers! So today we’re showing you a much easier solution—ou DIY embroidered slippers.

Once you’ve crafted some slippers, you can keep them in a basket for guests. Or they would also make a great gift! If you love this idea, you might also want to check out our DIY pom-pom slippers.

No Shoes? No Problem!

To make these DIY embroidered slippers, you’ll need just a couple tools and materials (listed below). The slippers we linked to aren’t the exact ones you see here, but they’re a similar style from IKEA. Once you’ve got your slippers, embroidery floss, needle, and scissors, you can download our guide for these three different stitches.

Also, if you’re all about the cozy projects right now, we have some other ideas for you! Try crafting our linen throw blanket and our no-sew blanket scarf. Then share it with the rest of our crafting community by posting it on Instagram and using the hashtag #MadeWithLia.
