Egg-specially Cute
We have been having so much fun coming up with new Easter crafts in our studio. So far we’ve made crepe paper bunny ears, Easter animal treat boxes, a macrame Easter basket, and a felt rabbit stuffie. These frosted paper honeycomb eggs make such cute Easter decor and are so easy to craft.
All you will need is our PDF template if cutting by hand or our SVG file if using a cutting machine. Once you have cut your pieces out of frosted paper, just watch our video tutorial!

If you’re hosting Easter brunch, our frosted paper honeycomb eggs would make such pretty Easter table decor. Add our leaf sprigs and embroidery floss to transform your eggs into ornaments for an Easter egg tree. Another option is to leave off the leaf sprigs and place a few paper eggs in a bowl — or scatter them across your table.
You can also use these frosted paper honeycomb eggs as baby shower decor. We love all the pink shades from our frosted paper melon pack, but you can always explore our frosted paper packs for more color options. When you are ready to craft these honeycomb eggs, just download and cut our template below. Then watch our video tutorial to start crafting!

I Love this project! We are making this as a senior community project. I learned that this is Ostereierbaum which is German tradition of decorating trees and bushes with Easter Eggs
It is so pretty. I think they do it in Scandinavian countries as well.
I would love to make this craft, however, when I tried to cut the eggs, the score lines did not line up as pictured on the SVG file. Is there something that can be done to remedy this problem? Thanks!
Hi Rebekah,
before cutting and scoring select the score lines and the eggs, then attach them all together so that they do not move when cutting. Check out our video on how to best use our SVG files with the Cricut. 🙂 https://liagriffith.com/how-to-use-svg-files-for-cricut/
