Become a MemberScandi style is all about making beautiful, functional products more affordable and accessible. This is something that I can definitely relate to! Especially as a DIY designer who strives to provide high-quality crafts that are easy to make. Originally, Scandinavian designs focused on pale, neutral colors. But modern Scandi styles incorporate more color. Today I’m sharing our fall-inspired Scandinavian designs for these outdoor pillows. Scroll down to see the tools and materials you’ll need for this fun DIY project. P.S. You can make that billy-ball wreath in the background, too.
Fall in Love With Scandi Style
In addition to being functional and affordable, Scandinavian style is known for its simple, clean designs. So if you love the minimalist look, you’ll love Scandinavian design! It also tends to feature botanical designs and abstract shapes, as we’ve done here for these fall-themed pillows. Adding Scandinavian designs to pillows is the perfect combo because they’re both meant to make rooms feel more inviting.
Scandinavian designs are also very trendy. I personally love the simplicity of Scandi style. Plus, it connects me back to my roots! Adding home decor that’s meaningful to you is an easy way to personalize your space. In fact, one of my top home decor tips is to have objects around that are significant to you.
To make these Scandi pillows, you’ll need a Cricut EasyPress or an iron. You’ll also need iron-on materials and pillow covers. If you haven’t worked with iron-on vinyl before, make sure to watch this video first. Once you’ve gathered your tools and materials, download the SVG file. Or download the printable PDF if you’re cutting these designs by hand.
