Our Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus video workshop lets you study how this beautifully layered flower takes shape. Starting with our extra-fine crepe paper in Coral, we’ll build outward from the tightly curled center, shaping and placing each petal to create the ranunculus’s signature rounded form. Small variations along the way give every bloom its own character.

Crepe paper is especially well suited to ranunculus, whose delicate petals grow in tightly packed layers. Because the paper can stretch, cup, and curl while holding its shape, we can recreate that fullness without losing the flower’s light, natural feel.

As you work, try varying how tightly you shape and place your petals. A more closed center creates the look of a younger bloom, while looser outer petals suggest a flower further along in its opening. Add a few buds alongside your larger flowers, and all of a sudden, your bouquet tells the whole story rather than capturing every ranunculus at the exact same moment.

When you’ve mastered the construction, these Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus are beautiful gathered into a bouquet of their own. You can also mix them into a larger arrangement where their rounded shape can soften taller or more structured flowers and greenery. The salmon palette also makes them incredibly versatile, moving easily between spring and summer arrangements or warmer autumn color themes.

So gather your tools and materials, and join us in the workshop. When your Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus are ready for their close-up, be sure to share them in our crafters’ community or on social media using #MadeWithLia.
