Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus Video Workshop
Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus Video Workshop
Petal La Belle
Few flowers make a case for “more is more” quite like a ranunculus. Rows of delicate petals spiral tightly around the center before gradually opening into a full, rounded bloom. For our Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus, we’re recreating all those beautiful layers in a warm palette of coral, salmon, and soft pink.

Our Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus video workshop lets you study how this beautifully layered flower takes shape. Starting with our extra-fine crepe paper in Coral, we’ll build outward from the tightly curled center, shaping and placing each petal to create the ranunculus’s signature rounded form. Small variations along the way give every bloom its own character.
Crepe paper is especially well suited to ranunculus, whose delicate petals grow in tightly packed layers. Because the paper can stretch, cup, and curl while holding its shape, we can recreate that fullness without losing the flower’s light, natural feel.
As you work, try varying how tightly you shape and place your petals. A more closed center creates the look of a younger bloom, while looser outer petals suggest a flower further along in its opening. Add a few buds alongside your larger flowers, and all of a sudden, your bouquet tells the whole story rather than capturing every ranunculus at the exact same moment.
When you’ve mastered the construction, these Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus are beautiful gathered into a bouquet of their own. You can also mix them into a larger arrangement where their rounded shape can soften taller or more structured flowers and greenery. The salmon palette also makes them incredibly versatile, moving easily between spring and summer arrangements or warmer autumn color themes.
So gather your tools and materials, and join us in the workshop. When your Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus are ready for their close-up, be sure to share them in our crafters’ community or on social media using #MadeWithLia.

Back to the TopSo I made a purchase of several items, but it still will not let me access the template?
Are you using a different email? I am not seeing any purchases with this one. Feel free to email hello@liagriffith.com and Emily will assist you, or you can join us as a member and get access. 🙂
I am getting a weird (“this file is not usually downloaded”) message when I try to access the machine-cut file. If I download it anyway, I’m not getting groups of items to print; it’s all little sections everywhere and a ton of group items.
Other templates are working fine, but I’m very new at this and wonder if I’m doing something wrong?
Hey there! I just checked the file, and it looks like the colors were not grouped. Thank you for pointing this out. I updated the file, so you can download the version ending in 2. That one will work for you.
If you have not checked this foundation series out yet, you might enjoy it. Filmed for people who are getting to know our files using a Cricut. 🙂 https://liagriffith.com/craft-academy/tracks/cricut-maker-foundation-series/
Thank you very much for verifying that I was not crazy, after all.
I’ve been relying heavily on the Foundation Series for information on how to use the Cricut for cutting crepe papers. It has been SOOO helpful. I used to cut everything by hand, and thanks to the videos, I was cutting by machine within the first few days. Thank you so much for publishing those!
You are SO welcome!! We love that these have been helpful, and my apologies for the error in this file.
