We're crafting our way through a garden inspired lineup this month, the Garden Glow Arrangement, a collection of crepe paper blooms chosen for the way they catch light and color at the tail end of summer. Each week builds a different piece, and by the end of the month you'll have a full arrangement worthy of your own entryway table. Lia will be arranging these live, so you're watching the piece come together in the moment and can ask questions as she goes.

Crepe Paper Winecraft Gold Smokebush
We're opening the month with smokebush, and it's exactly the kind of foliage that makes an arrangement feel finished. The airy, cloud like clusters add movement and texture, and they're a forgiving first project if you're newer to crepe paper work.

Crepe Paper Asiatic Lilies
Lilies bring the drama. We'll shape petals with real curve and dimension, so this session is a good one for practicing your paper manipulation skills, the kind that make every bloom after this one a little easier.

Crepe Paper Pink Echinacea
Echinacea's raised, textured center is its signature, and we'll spend real time on getting that dimensional cone just right. It's a satisfying build, with a payoff that looks just as good in a vase as it did in the garden.

Crepe Paper Salmon La Belle Ranunculus
We're closing out the month with ranunculus, all those soft, layered petals stacked into one full, romantic bloom. It's the kind of flower that looks complicated and isn't, which makes it a wonderful final bloom in this month's story.

We recommend crafting three of each bloom, three smokebush, three lilies, three echinacea, and three ranunculus, to build out a full, balanced Garden Glow Arrangement.

Do I need to be a member to attend?
No, everyone is welcome to attend this live arrangement workshop. Members can join Member Make, and Crafternoon is open to all too.

What if I miss a session?
No problem. Each session is taught live, and you can always come back to the project on your own time for the replay.
