Ranunculously Gorgeous

The crepe paper ranunculus is a beautiful flower that requires some patience as there are a lot of petals in each flower! This particular ranunculus has a total of 92 petals per bloom, and I made 12 blooms altogether. You may want to use your Cricut Maker or Silhouette Cameo 4 for this reason. But you can certainly cut the petals by hand, too.

If you purchase the kit for this flower, note that the downloads here are an update for this version. I will also be using a new technique to assemble this flower. You can also find all of the tools and materials with links in the right-hand column.

Cutting the flower petals: You can make 6-12 flowers. The ranunculus kit has three color options, and I recommend at least 3 of each color for your bouquet. In the Spring Summit bouquet workshop, I demonstrated how to make two sizes of bouquets, one with 6 of each flower and the second with 12 of each flower.

Colors for flowers:
Ranunculus – centers in extra-fine Cypress, petals in Honeysuckle, Camellia, and Mango

Ranunculus Leaves:
To add the beautiful leaves to this flower, we also have a full workshop on making those!
